Data Analysis

In addition to my training and experience in healthcare and mechanical engineering, I trained specifically in data analysis with certification through Coursera/IBM.

I performed data analysis for Old Spokes Home’s Mobility Audit as part of their Transportation Equity Coalition.

Background

My interest in design began as a child with architecture. One of my pre-teen hobbies was studying house plans. I studied drafting and commercial art in high school, then studied mechanical engineering at the University of Vermont.

The name ‘Wellstone’ comes from a loose translation of my middle name. The logo is from a W truss design, a structural building component I learned to draw in high school drafting class.

My previous career experience includes both medical research and clinical practice. Spending years in cancer research and natural product research contributes to my research design and data analysis skills. I’m licensed as a naturopathic physician in Vermont. My clinical experience taught me how to talk to different kinds of people about their needs and experiences. See my LinkedIn profile for more of my professional history.

My favorite sources of inspiration are nature, machine design, and storytellers. My hobbies include walking outside, learning foreign languages, playing piano and sudoku.
